My car tends to die if sitting idle for a few mins. I can restart it but it happens again. Also, when i was driving it, my speed odometer started going down as if the car was getting no fuel, even w/ my foot on the gas. If my car sits for a few days, it will run fine w/ no problems for a few days. Any idea as to what is causing this? thanks for the help
You need to go and have the codes checked on your car if the check engine light is on! My car did the same exact thing and it turned out to be the computer. Good Luck
Get a tune up ie...change plugs and wires...fuel filter, air filter, and check to see if you have a VATS system in your car

I have the same problem. I have replaced my upper intake gasket and my throttle body gasket. I took the throttle body apart and cleaned it while I had it off of the car. I have perfect fuel pressure (40lbs) and still have the same problem. I replaced vaccume lines as well. I am going to try replacing the idol speed control sensor and let you know if it works.
