You have to get under truck look for access hole at backing plate you need brake adjusting tool to turn adjusting star wheel until drum brakes away from brake drum so you can remove the brake drum.you need tools to remove rear wheel from drums you need a large breaker bar and large hammer and a large socket remove spindle nut.

Try penetrating oil on the lug nuts where they meet the drum. Let it penetrate and gently tap the back edge of the drum while turning it. I just pulled mine off today and it required a lot of patience. My adjuster was inaccessible as the adjustment hole(s) were still sealed from the factory

check the load valve under the bed for proper operation..it is controlled by the weight placed in the bed, if its faulty, it could put to much brake to the rear wheels.

Look between the lug studs for a phillipsscrew. You will have to use amn impact scewdriver to get it if.
Also there may be a retaining ring around on of the studs.

Single rear wheel - Remove both caliper bolts.. remove caliper and pads.. remove rotor.. they are usually rusted on pretty good.
Rear Dually- the rear rotors are mounted with the hub assembly.. you must first remove the rear axles.. then remove nut holding load on bearings.. then the rotor and hub assembly will come off as one unit.. removed rotor from hub..
