Have your alternator checked yet? Your alternator is what actually powers all of your devices and lights when the car is running. When it is failing it will cause lights to dim. Checking connections, fuses and your alternator should lead you to a good start! Good luck!
possibly due to multi-function switch, turn on headlights, and EASILY wiggle around the directional stalk, see if lights come on, if so, theres your problem
Check the bulb socket to make sure it's making good contact. Even add some dielectric grease to possibly help. Most sockets will melt and not be able to see it till you remove the bulb.
