Hoses around thermo swellup and harden.

Iv replaced thermo,water pump,coolant censors and cleand out the radiator.Worked fine for 3 months.Now it's doing it again and i have no heat.Changed the thermo to a 180rating,but that did not work. PLEASE HELP ME.
