Diagnostic Trouble codes...Hyundai xg300

hi there,

i took my car today to the emissions test today and it failed. they provided me with the following 6 codes, but it mentions what 3 of the codes are, the other 3 codes i guess pertain to specific car codes. My car is a 2001 Hyndai xg300, 6L, front wheel drive. it has 158,000 miles. lately it has problems starting, specially in the winter time, and when i accelerate it stall for a little and then speeds up very slowly and the problem is getting worse. i would like to know what the following codes are:
p1191
p1193
p1607

thank you in advance for the help. The car is 1992 dodge colt 200e. When you turn the key, it turn the as many time as the battery can last, but did not start the engine.
I have change the distributor with no difference. Any idea?
