Had to take a part to remove my cassette and now parts have come off to put back together the cassette adapter

If you can't reassemble your cassette player, my beast advice, don't spend good money repairing it. You should consider the option of removing it completely and install an MP3 player. Cassette tecnology is outdated. The quality of cassette recordnings never have been good, the "hissing" is always present, even in some of the best quality recordings (well, just fine for casual listening while driving a car), the ribbons entangle - sometimes I had to remove it in pieces form my old player in my late car etc...
Finally, I don't believe anyone can give you instructions how to reassemble a device without even having idea about make, model and the damage it has.
If you really want to repair ir, you should find a repair service to do it.

1998 Olds Cutlas - misfire on cyl. #4. Replaced #4 plug. Replaced #4 plug wire. Still having problems. Checked #4 plug after running engine. The plug was clean and dry also did not smell of gas at all. ...

Hey there,.
Did you check the coil pack/ electronic ignition for ohms resistance? Are they individual or just one coil pack for all cylinders on this beast? This may save you from ripping this beast apart. If you gotta go deeper,. a chilton or haynes manual at your local library (free to sign out) or for about 20 bucks at the parts store -- will provide a lot more details.. just call ahead for availability of the manual!
Best regards

Lifter noise

I'm assuming it is a 3.1L or 3.4L that is the nature of the beast short of changing all of them most people just live with it. You can try some LUCAS oil addative it may help.
