You shouldn't need any special tool all you have to do is remove the caliper assembly of the rotor and the rotor should come right off. If not then the rotor should come off if a there is a nut holding it on there

a visual inspection would not show up a warped disc/rotor,so as a first step(cheapest)i would change both front rotors/pads but buy genuine parts.(rotors only last about 50/60k before you need to change them anyway)and as mentioned to another person,by the time you buy the bits, take the wheels off, remove the calipers etc you might as well take it to autozone and keep your hands clean.....it only takes an hour, tops....

Front brakes on a 2005 Jeep Rubicon

Once you take the caliper bracket off, the rotor should just fall off. If the Jeep stops without any vibrations I would leave the rotors alone., unless they are scored badly from brake pads worn out and metal to metal.

Remove the front wheel and tire from front hub.
Remove the split pin, then remove castle nut and washer from the front hub while applying the brake.

Removing front rotor

When you take off the wheel, you then need to take off the caliper witch is held on by 2 bolts, (may require a special socket) after removing caliper carefully let it hang by brake line. Then the rotor should slide right off.

Front brake rotor removal

Your rotors have an integrated hub with serviceable bearing.

Remove the six bolts around the center of the hub and pry off the grease cover.

behind it you will find a locking wheel with two philips screws holding it in position. Remove the screws and unscrew the locking wheel.

Behind is a large axle locknut that requires a special tool to remove. It has two small holes to grip with. Unscrew it and you will be able to remove the outer bearing, then slide the rotor off the spindle/axle.

From there you can unbolt the rotor disc from the hub backside, or replace the whole unit. Replacing the whole unit will require installing new bearings/races, however.

Either method will require repacking the bearings and loading the bearings with the special locknut tool.
