Usually fairly straightforward and intuitive once the interior trim panel has been removed from the tailgate. Often that is the most difficult part, though the nut retaining the wiper arm is often seized.
The problem is a broken part in the module which is inside the wiper motor. As far as I know, the part is not available, and you must replace the entire wiper motor to repair the problem
I was able to determine that the connector on the wiper motor was faulty. I believe it is a poor design for a connector. I gave a small twist to the thin prongs with needle nose plyers and this resolved what I think is a poor connector contact pressure problem.

locate the motor under the bonnnet tis black four 10 mil bolts should be holding it in i think thru the bulk head ,,it will have the wiper linkage attached to it when you pull it out ,unscew the 12 mill nut connecting the linkage to the motor,(hit it a tap to remove ater the nuts out)then put it back as same...hope that helps patrick
Looks like the washer motor has failed. Remove the lower plactic trim under the washer bottle & check to see if the connector is plugged in to the motor. Also check to see if there is power to the motor with the switch depressed. If you have power, you need a washer motor. Common failure if the washer fluid freezes once. Ice gets inside the motor & expands, breaking the internal housing and ruins the motor.
My wiper motor sqeels and I want to replace it.
