I have a 2007 Pontiac Torrent FWD with a violent low speed vibration. we have replaced the lower control arm assembly and the hub bearings along with the brake pads and rotors.

Struts would not cause vibration problems, A CV joint could, turn your vehicle in a parking lot hard right, make a circle than turn left make a circle ,if you hear a noises you have a cv joint problem. If you feel vibration on the steering wheel its in the front, if you feel it in the seat its in the rear.
Tires out of round & Balance very common as well brake rotors cause vibrations.

On A 2003 Pontiac Montana AWD, What could cause vibration in the front end while accelerating a right hand turn?

Left wheel bearing or either CV axle,(left or right) Axles usually make the vibration turn left or right. Bearings will get loader turning. When you turn right, the pressure is on the left side.

Rob, assuming this is a 4X4? Sounds like a bearing. They can vibrate, snap, clunk, all kinds of terrible noises or vibrations.
Axle u joints will also do this. Is it all wheel drive?

When you push on the gas it starts to vibrate and makes a humming noises when you accelerate

The problem you describe is consistant with a bad universal joint. It is not an expensive repair, nor is it very difficult to install. Just a thought. My son has a 4Runner that had a simular problem, in fact I thought it was a bad universal, it had a harmonic vibration when in a pull...(under load). It turned out to be worn out transmission mounts. Hope this is helpful. Good Luck!

I accelerate my 2000 neon, and it vibrates and get grinding noise

Check the front drive axles and boots. A bad cv (constant velocity) joint can cause this.
