Hi there I am wondering why my Subaru grand wagon shutters and loses power accelerating up hills?

Sounds like you need new spark plugs. Subaru's are known for fouling plugs on the # 4 cyl. after they get over 100,000 miles.

1996 Subaru outbook idling losing some power and shaking. Has been skipping some for about three weeks

It probably needs new spark plugs. Subaru's foul the #4 plug quite often after around 100,000 miles.
If that doesn't do it you most likely have burnt valves.

Loses power while driving

Really need more information from you. Problem on level ground, uphill, cold temps, cold car, what gear, weather, etc.
Without any other information, the first thing would do is to check for a clogged fuel filter. Now, some cars do not have fuel filters anymore so in that case, there is the possibility that your fuel pump is failing.

Subaru window fuse

If any windows work, it's not a fuse problem. One fuse, or circuit breaker more likely, serves the power windows. Your problem is a failed motor, or the wiring to that motor lost a connection, or the switch contacts for up and down have worn down and losing contact.

My radio, car alarm, interior lights do not work on my 2006 subaru tribeca

The solution for the interior lights temp gauge etc. not working is the fuse under the hood as mentioned above.
As for the clock resetting, your battery is probably about to go. The tribeca turns off power to the vehicle if voltage drops below a certain level to save enough power to start back up. This causes the clock to lose memory.

I have a 1999 Subaru Impreza 2.2 Litre that is having power problems. Everytime we go up the hill, it seems to lose power. We just fixed the O2 censors and it is still losing power. Any ideas?

if not skipping and losing power take it to a reputible exhaust shop to check for exhaust flow.. possible stopped up cat. could also be a timing problem

Loses power above 55 or 60 and up hill

Try a good fuel injector cleaner, like LUCAS brand. See if you can find out how much fuel pressure you have also.
