SOURCE: How many quarts of oil will the 2008 Hyundai Elantra hold?

Does the book say 6 quarts? I would put in 5, then run it, then let it settle for a couple minutes, then check it again. The book should be right. That would probably include changing the filter also.

SOURCE: Remote door opener on 2002 elantra gl does not

the keyless entry does not have a fuse itself however the vehicle has a iod, or storage fuse, that will disable the keyless system but other accessories wont function, the dome light , clock, or radio, if those items work then the fuse is good. check the remote itself, the dealer can check the remote n/c, if the remote is ok than the relay can be bad or the alarm module, best advice, take it to the dealer, they will know whats wrong with it and it wont cost too much to diag .

SOURCE: putting in oil all the time I have a 2002 SaturnSL

May be leaking from the head gasket.. Check around the whole engine to see if you can spot any oil at all on the upper and middle parts. Oil doesn't always leak out from the plug and filter. Look at your air filter, does it have oil on it?

SOURCE: I have about 103,000 mi. on my 2002 Hyundai Accent

1st GL5 has replaced the GL4, so u are stuck there, the advantages of GL5 are worth the money, as far as the coolant goes get a back flush kit and flush the block that way, Prestone makes then and they are very easy to use, they help get sludge out of the system much better than just draining.

When the oil on the dipstick is at the low mark, how many quarts do i put in a 2005 kia rio

Hi,
Check the Owner's Manual for the total amount it holds.

To ADD, put in 1/2 quart, let it settle for 5 mins, and check it. This way you don't put in TOO MUCH oil- that's bad too.

Td

How much oil do i put in?

I'm assuming you are changing your oil? If so, put 4 qts in, start the engine until the oil light goes out (or gauge starts to read), then check the oil. IT may need a 5th quart.

Toyota tundera v6 ran for fifty miles 2 quarts low on engine oil! dave

Probably didn't hurt it, my 2002 was ran for 2000 miles 1 1/2 quarts low on oil due to dummies putting only 5 quarts of oil back in it after changing the oil. It takes 6 1/2 quarts. It didn't hurt it at all.
