Question about 2003 Saab 9-3
My saab 9-3 wont start has no compression, does turn over but will not start. i dont believe its the head gassket, i can hear the fuel pump kicking on so i dont think its fuel pump, car ran just fine i was driving it one day parked it over night and next morning it wouldnt start.
Have you checked the timing belt?? this would cause there to be no compression it may also have bent some valves

Sorry, the original Swedish version of the 9-3 had the bluetooth capability but GM removed it for cost reasons. GM has ruined Saab in many ways. There is no way to sync your phone with your 9-3.

SOURCE: No fuel or power to fuel pump.
If the relay is not getting ground signal to turn on then it sounds like a problem with the ECU this is fed from there. Commonly dry solder joints inside the ECU can cause this problem, they have a tendency to crack around the transistors and heavier load components and also components that are subject to mechanical vibration. He said that the fuel pump relay is located in the kick panel and the ECU is next to this. Id take out the ECU and remove the main circuit board and examine for dry solder joints. If you don't know what they look like its somthing like this http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelayoperation/dry-joint_small.jpg
Hope this helps

CHECK BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH FUSE AND BRAKE TRANSMISSION SHIFT INTERLOCK SOLENOID FUSE.IF BOTH FUSES ARE GOOD.PROBLEM IS THE BRAKE SWITCH FAULTY OR BRAKE TRANSMISSION SHIFT INTERLOCK SOLENOID IS FAULTY.
