That code could be from bad plugs. There is a chance that the wires to the plug are bad and also the wires to the crank sensor could be having problems. Keep in mind that the crank sensor has another part on the crank shaft that can have problems too.

Code 16 is for a problem with the timing between the cam and crank sensors, and code 339 is for a problem with the circuit for the crank sensor.
I would recommend checking the crank sensor and circuit back to the computer first.

Recheck your connections. May be a stretched timing chain. Incorrect correlation between a CKP and CMP will cause these codes. Doesn't mean the sensors are bad, it may be the chain.

The computer is haveing a problem senceing the engines RPMS . The most likely cause of this would be the crankshaft pisition sensor Although its not giveing you the code Po335 - PO339 witch are all crank pisition sensor codes this is just first in line The crank pisition sensor is located on the bottom front of the engine just behind the hormoniic balance witch is the lower pulley on the engine

code po339 is crankshaft position sensor circuit intermittent. tell me vechicle model type and year need know type car you working on..

p0339 is crank shaft position sensor related error. you need to be sure that its wiring is not damaged and it is not shorted somehow. if it is broken or getting broken, car may stall, or wont start att all.

p0113 is for intake air tempoerature sensor errors. that sensor measures air ehich enters the engine. it is least important. its effect may not be noticable when weather is not extremely cold.

p0334 is for knock sensor on engine. it prevent predetonation due to ignition conditions appear. it is felt when engine is under load like climbing, and engine speed is low. check for wires if it is ok replace sensor.

we can tell that temperature sensor is not directly effects other sensors.
but knock sensor and crank position sensor is to important for engine. if you have no starting issues, even cold or warm engine, invest on knock sensor first.

Item 2,3,4,5 relate to each other that s camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. Since both already show a malfunction code, it would be advisable to change.

Sometimes other codes show up because there is a relation but not that the item is bad.
