Usually the security system will not allow the engine to crank or start if it does not see the right chip. Could be the engine is running on what was left of the fuel pressure before the key lock was replaced.
You have to "add" the new keys to the memory of the security system before the engine will start with a new key. You can do this if you have at least two of the old keys, or you may have to get a dealer to add the new keys. The system will store up to 8 different codes.

SOURCE: 2004 nissan altima key code

You have to take it to the dealer to get the new key programmed. Try holding the old key near the ignition switch and see if it will start. That way at least you could drive it to the dealer instead of paying for a tow truck.

SOURCE: locked my keys in my 2004 ford f250 ex cab

You could always call the dealer where you bought the truck and give them your name and vin number to the truck and they can eather call a local lock smith to cut you new keys or you can go to the dealer and have them cut a new key.
You just need to show that you are still the owner of the truck and the service records would show that.
Good luck and hope this help, getting a new keys cut is the best way with out any extra expense to repair and or replace broken parts.

Installed a new ignation switch with the keys that don`t have chips. Motor turns but won`t crank. Also keys won`t come out of the ignation unless thr ignation is unplugged.

It's not going to start without receiving the right code from the chipped keys. You've only swapped out half the anti-theft system. The rest is in the software. No way to get past that. Fix it right or you'll be walkin'
