Check the droplinks for the anti roll bar... some are like ball joints, and they can seize, which causes the symptoms you are getting.

2000 jeep wrangler with 35 inch tires making a rattling noise on front passenger side

make sure that the inside of the rim is tight on the hub and not sitting off it
loose/ incorrect wheel stud nuts will also cause the noise

There is a rattling noise coming from my drivers side front tire, i have checked the lugnuts & everything seems tight?? any ideas would be appreciated.

Hard to tell without hearing it.
But you could have a pebble behind a wheel cover.
The wheel bearing could be going bad, but then you would also have some vibration through steering and brake.
The CV joint could be bad, but that would be worst on tight turns.

Is this only while driving it, or if you jack it up and spin the tire?
Does it feel loose when jacked up?
Is it hotter than normal?

RATTLING NOISE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT TIRE

The first thing to check on a rattling noise is if going over minor bumps in the road if that is when it makes noise is a sway bar link, they make a rattling noise. If you raise that wheel up you might also want to try and wobble the wheel to be sure it is not a tie rod end or ball joint. Typically I run into the sway bar links or the sway bar bushings making the noise. However ive even seen it be a rock sitting on the strut plate.

Rattle in front tires was at lower speed now @higher speed (65)

bad wheel bearing maybe. jack it up and try to rock the wheels up/down and left/right (not in the direction of rotation, I've seen people try that before). Any movement in those directions indicated a bad bearing. That could cause your rattle. If you have plastic wheel covers that could also be the problem, take them off and see if the noise goes away.

Metal noise when reversing front driver side tire chevy trailblazer 2006/

One common reason is a loose heat shield. Weld may have broken. You may be able to bend it enough to stop it rattling against whatever it's coming in contact with.
