If you mean the stud is broken where the lug nuts screws in to, all you need is a 5 pound hammer and hammer the stud till it breaks free from the wheel hub. With the new stud, just place back in place and use the nut to pull it back in to a press fit to the hub. Good luck and should be a 10 min fix.
