This is the color of newer coolant so don't worry nothing is wrong with red.

I changed the turbo now white smoke coming out of my exhaust

This seems to be a symptom of a blown head gasket.
White exhaust smoke is an indication of water / coolant in the exhaust. The car running sluggish and using lots of fuel can be caused by compression loss.

Look at the coolant level color and smell (with cold engine - don't open the high pressure reservoir with engine hot as hot coolant may spray you in the face). If you have a blown gasket, the coolant color may become brownish and it may smell bad or the level will get lower even if you have just refilled the cooling system.

What you can also check for is bubbles in the reservoir. With engine cold, remove the reservoir cap. Start the engine. Try to rev the engine (or have someone do it) and observe if there are bubbles in the reservoir tank. If you see lots of bubbles, you have a blown gasket.

Does a 1998 buick park aveune have orange-redish antifreeze?

It probably did when it was new. Most GM products with aluminum radiators used orange DexCool in the 1990s.
Today you can buy universal coolant that can be added to any color.

My boyfriend has a 91 Toyota 4runner v6 SR5. He has replaced the radiator and thermostat. Also he has bled the coolant system several times. The truck is still losing coolant. If he drives the truck...

When engine completely cools remove coolant from overflow reservoir to the cold mark on the reservoir which is the lowest mark on reservoir. If you continue to loose coolant you may have busted block.

What type of coolant goes in a Buick rendevous?

The original coolant used in your vehicle was DEXCOOL. It is a redish or orangish colored coolant. If it is grean it has been flushed to conventiional coolant. If you can not tell what color it is it is overdue for a coolant flush. It will make no difference if you use DEXCOOL or conventional coolant when you flush as long as you completely flush the system over to whatever you decide to use.

What kind of coolant does it take

Probabaly just regular antifreeze(green). Look at the color in the coolant reservoir. If its red, dexcool will work. if you want to make it easy on yourself, buy whats called Global coolant, its almost clear and mixes with all others. make sure you buy it premixed so you dont have to add water.

open all containers up and look into each one. a residue of the past fluids will show. green should be the color or possilbly yellow. also a 3/8" rubber hose or larger will be present on the bottom of the reservoir connecting to the radiator as well

Leaking coolant by the alternator bracket

Yes there is an "O" ring in there. However that plastc tube always breaks or cracks. You can get that tube kit from your local parts store. Remove the serpentine belt and pwr steer pump, The pump has three bolts accessed through the pwr steer pump pully you will see the holes in the pully to get to bolts DO NOT REMOVE HOSES. Now give the pump gentle persuasion uppward, but it will come, make sure the back of the pump isn't obstructed by the fuel rail you will see what I mean when you look at it. Remove all other parts in your way, hoses etc., be gental. When you remove the tubes note where each end goes the "O" rings have different colors 1 is redish orange & the other is purple this should give you an idea what goes where. Just remember to bleed coolant system of air when done. There's a metal tube in front that goes under upper motor mounts, it has bleeders at each end. Jobs not hard just requires time and patience. Oh, add a little permatex (black) around "O" rings when installing for added security, just push in firmly these are fragile. You might have to remove coolant reservoir bottle as well if it's in your way.

My 2000 beetle 2.0 has constant engine oil in the reservoir.

Most probably you have bad head gasket. That is the main reason for oil getting to coolant.
Check you exhaust for color. White color can be also idiction that coolant going to combustion chamber.
Hope that was helpfull
Good Luck
