If you don't get any spark from your plugs. remove the plug and hook the wire back up, touch the threaded portion to the engine block and have some one crank the engine and see if you get spark. As long as the wire and plug are good, then you know the issue is prior to them.

The secondary aux air pump needs to be removed in order to access the coil pack secured to the block. Remember the bolt for the coil needs to be torqued down to 7ft lb.

the first o2 sensor is located just underneath the front bumper of the van, the second is located directly underneath the center of the van, kind of where the center console would be if you were inside the van. i hope that makes sense and i hope it helps.

the coil pack is located on nthe back valve cover, bank1, towards the firewall.
it mounts with three bolts or torx screws.
it is kinda hard to get to but just pull off the plugwires and
it will give you more room.
there is also i radio capacitor thing that is retained by one of the bolts,
