Question about 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer
After changing front bushings, abs and traction light came on with code C0035 , when checked with diagnostic devise it said rear right wheel ABS sensor open or shorted, so I reset the codes and it reappeared with code C0035 and still said rear right wheel.. and I know this trouble code when I looked it up meant front left wheel, why such conflict in diagnostic?
Check that the sensor /wire was not damaged in the repair process. As the brake system is set up in a cross pattern left front and right rear and right front and left rear the code is reading the pair that is subject to failure. This crossing of the brakes is so if you have a brake failure and loss of fluid then half of the system is still operational and will allow stopping in a straight line rather than a side skid.

The C0035 and C0040 are speed sensors trouble codes. The P2227 and P2228 are baro sensor error codes. Causes for it to go out of range are broken wires, disconnected connector, or a bad sensor. Check the voltage to the white/black wire on the connector, It should show 5V
