I had this too, on the left rear door handle cover. If you were careful, had a small and thin screwdriver (e.g. the kind you'd use on eyeglass hinges), you could bend back the tabs that hold the cover on and snap it into place. My mechanic told me the same thing, but told me if I were patient, the cover might snap on...saving me about 2 hours' labor cost. It worked!

1999 ACURA TL 3.2 6 CYLNDER VTEC MY BACK DOORS HANDLE IS BROKEN AND THE CHILD SAFETY LOCK TS ON

Not an easy task. You'll have to remove the back seat to remove the door panel. Once you have the panel off, reach in and unlock the child lock. Open the door. It gives you more room to work. Find the clip that is broken. Some of it could be in the bottom of the door. Rods are the same in diameter, but the length matters. Auto arts store are starting to carry some of them. Being a 99, junk yard is your best bet.

My manual roll up/down window does not work. How do I fix it. how do I get the panel off ? Do I need to take off the roll up down handle to get the door panel off, if so how do I take the handle off?...

you do need to remove the door handles to remove the door trim panel, if it has arm rests on the panel look for 2 or 3 plastic plugs which only press in and are easy to remove with a blade, if they are not present the arm rest may be part of the trim as one unit.
the winder handle may have a spring clip behind the handle and the trim, if that is the case you will need a special tool to remove the clip. also check for any screws that may be holding the panel to the door, when all screws etc are removed just lever the panel away from the door with a flat blade or screwdriver. hope this info helps

I need to install an actuator on a 2000 acura 3.2 t

The door panel itself is sometimes hard to find all the screws as their hidden. In the door opener handle theres one under a cover. don't lose the cover and remove the screw then the bucket that it holds on. the handle has 2 big screws. the bottom edge of the panel usally just snaps on but there is sometimes a screw in each corner. once its freed up your still nor=t done as the wires need be unplugged from the door switches. with the panel out of the way the water seal needs removed good enought to get where your going and don't destroy it as you need to put it back later. The lock motor is bolted on and once the bolts are out and the motor is swinging the linkage can be unhooked by swinging the motor around. Unplug the wire and install the new one. don't forget to plug everything back in and the watersheild reglued or taped.

Replacement sideview mirror casing

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door
