SOURCE: Suzuki swift Headlight problem

Have you checked to see if this is a wiring problem or maybe a relay problem?

Recently my lights would work on side lights and not anything else and this was down to dodgy wiring and needed a new relay unit.

SOURCE: how do i remove the rear brake drums from a suzuki

Hi there,

1) With the vehicle jacked up and supported with axle stands, remove the rear wheels.
2) Using an old, thin, flat tip screwdriver and a hammer, remove the dust cap from the brake drum.
3) Using a 1/8" punch and hammer, tap out the lock nut indentation.
4) Using a 30mm, 1/2" drive socket and ratchet, unscrew the lock nut from the axle shaft.
5) Remove the flat washer from the axle shaft.
6) Ensure the hand brake is not applied.
7) Using a soft faced hammer, strike the outside edge of the drum repeatedly and all around while at the same time applying a pulling force on the drum. (This is best accomplished using two people and could take several minutes.) Be persistent!
8) Once the drum has been removed, tap or press out the wheel bearing from the inside out.
9) Clean and re-pack the wheel bearing with grease.

Good Luck!!

Thanks

SOURCE: how do i replace rear bearings in a suzuki swift i

cgi.ebay.com/.../95-96-97-98-Suzuki-Swift-Rear-Wheel-Hub-Bearing_W0QQitemZ350283708684QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20091124
check this site out. its selling upgraded parts and the parts come with instructions and specs. thses are going to be one of two styles. either you need to remove the cap like you were saying or if you look at the back you may see 3-4 bolts which will allow the release of the bearing assembly. try taking a screwdriver under the lip of the cap and do thiall the way around with a hammer tapping just enough to get under the lip. if you are doing the left side, be careful as it will have left hand threads.

SOURCE: is it difficult to replace rear brake shoes on a

Brake shoes are in relationship to pads at least 2 or 3 times as difficult. There are many springs and little pieces that you have to deal with, plus you will need some special tools to deal with the springs and retainers. For someone who has never done brake shoes you will be in for a pain in the rear, but if you have patience you can get it done. You can always find the diagram and step by step info online or in a manual (available at most auto parts stores)
Take the wheel and drum off and take a look. If you feel up to the job, take a picture as a reference to where each spring goes.

If you are talking about the brake fluid reservoir, you need to use brake fluid. Not oil.

My Suzuki swift drivers side window switch will only open the window but will not close it. Passenger side switch works normally. Will it be a loose wire in the door?

can be the switch or the motor or the wires.
use a voltmeter at the switch. to see if the switch works.
and then at motor, on most cars the motor reverses and has unique connection for that. and can fail in one direction for all 3 parts.
motor, switch or wires. guessing with no meter, is expensive.
$10 meter at walmart works wonders.
an there is no way anyone on the web can guess, 33.3% change.
i say, bad switch. just for fun, heck , how would i know.
