Are you saying it will not crank, or not start ?
If it cranks ok, but does not start, you'll need to figure out if you have lost spark, fuel pressure, or compression to proceed.
If the timing belt breaks, you won't have compression.

Recharge the battery . Check condition and tension of the drive belt. What has happened is that you were running on battery alone and it ran so low you had insufficient power to run the electronics of the engine because you alternator was not charging.

SOURCE: fuel pump

yes the fuel pump is in the tank. There are relays and they are under the hood in a black box that should say fuses and relay. Under the lid of the relay box it should show you a diagram as to which one it is. If you are not getting fuel at all then it is most likely your fuel pump. Relays usually exceed the life of a vehicle. Please rate. Thanks.

They are an interference engine, but you may have dodged a bullet. Once new belt is on, you may want to check, before going too much further.

1990 3.3L plymouth voyager fuel problem, the van will turn over but isnt getting any fuel....need to either get a relay? or a fuel pump, it looks like there are 2 fuel pumps in the tank? eeeer!

one pump. Check for power to the pump there should be power anytime the engine is cranking or running. If there is no power than you can work your way back through the wiring, relays, fuses. If there is power and there is no fuel pressure than the pump has probably failed.

I have a plymouth voyager mini van, which is

If you changed the valve, then you would need to have the code cleared. How do you know fuel is shutting off and not electrical ?

So, if i can't replace the selonoide what i need to do?

solenoid is part of the starter. If the battery is able to hold a charge under load then starter should crank engine. If you get a clicking noise as you turn the key, the battery is bad....replace battery. If the lights or radio will power up and work with the battery you have, then the starter is bad...replace starter.
3 reasons a car or van won't run...

1. No spark( battery problem)
2. No fuel reaching cylinders( check fuel pump, filter, etc...)
3. No compression in cylinders(due to worn piston rings, bad

Hope this helps.
