Question about 1997 Honda Passport
I recently purchased a 1997 Honda Passport. After putting a couple hundred miles on it, suddenly the power windows stopped working. When the button is pressed there is no sound of the motor or anything. Checked the fuse and it's good. Also, the blinkers have stopped working. No dash light indication for turn signals...and no turn signals on the outside. Any ideas or solutions would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds to me like you have a bad power window relay. Start by checking the power supply to the relay. Should the relay be bad replace and the window movement should be restored. If this doesn't take care of the problem you may need to replace the master switch in the driver door. The master switch allows all the other switches to do their job. If it malfunctions none of the windows will work. Hope this info helps, good luck!!!

That is either a sensor or an alarm system acting up. Not a Honda guy but on others thats what can cause that. If the key has a rfid chip its the alarm and you may need a new key from the stealer. what happens in that case is the car doesn't detect an authourised key and thinks it is being stolen and shuts off after a half second of running.
