The most common reason is a faulty park switch inside the wiper motor. The park circuit would need to be tested to verify.

Possible ignition switch problem. Try gently moving the key back and forth slightly while the wiper switch is in the on position. If they start working then the ignition switch will be defective

maybe a faulty key switch or you have wired it back up wrong ... remove it and check all the wires are correct . if this does not fix it then get a new switch ...

Rear wiper motor not working

Remove the wiper arm. Lift the hatch up. Remove all related trim around the hatch. Unbolt the wiper motor, and install in reverse order.
