Have a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer Premier Edition having issues with heated seats not turning off. Everytime I try to push the button off it remains on, how can I fix this?

Could be the switch can't give the impulse to the electronic switch (or the relais) that does the real switching. Or it can give the signal, but the relais can't move. I don't have the service manual, so I can't check how your seats are powered (what kind of switch) but there is where I would look.

Won't start

this is probably the relais. You will find it as a black box behind the plastic cover which is located behind the battery.
I remember the bones 87 and the one infront were the responsible ones for the fuel pump.
Thus disassemble it and test the three small relais you will find inside.

Cheers.
