TCL means Traction Control, and you turn it on and off with a switch. But you did not tell us make, model, or year, so we can't tell you how to turn it off or on.

2002 Grand Marquis headlights won't turn off with switch, won't go out until vehicle is turned off

Might these be "driving lights"?
Cars with "driving lights" have lights that are supposed to stay on all the time the engine is running.
These lights not only look like headlights, in fact some cars even have the headlights themselves come on when the engine is running. Look as some more (several) 2002 Grand Marquis's and see if they are the same.
Be blessed.

2007 mitsubishi ecplise tcl light is coming on at random times

You were hoping everything would go away

It hasn't been that way for the last 30 years

We have electronic systems on all vehicles

You need an owners manual to study

You need to take an dash light that comes on
after the engine starts seriously, as you may have
a system malfuntion & most do require a repair.

You check for codes as soon as you get a check or mil lamp,
that is a well know thing everyone should be doing

Most people just don't know or care to ,as they depend
on a repairs shop to do whatever

Not sure, but I've heard a bad hazard switch can cause strange problems.
Also, if your truck has a body control module that controls interior and lights, that may be your problem, too. Good luck.

1994 toyota corolla brake lights won't turn off

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. You need to check the brake switch. Your brake pedal contacts the brake switch when it is pressed down. There is a small button on the brake switch that activates the lights. It may be stuck or broke. Try to loosen the button first. If it won't, buy another one. They only cost a few dollars.

Checked fuses and bulbs changed switch and brake lights still dont work do they work through a relay and if so where is it located

How they work can be totally different depending on the Year, Make, Model, Engin Size, and Transmission Type of your vehicle. Some vehicles have relays to control brake lights, some don't. Some brake light circuits go through the turn signal switch and some don't. Some are computer controlled and some are not. Since this information is missing from your question, nobody can say for sure.

The brake lights won't turn off

If your rear brake lights are on all the time, I would first check your brake pedal. Near the top of the pedal, probably just about where the pedal is attached to its pivot, you'll see a little switch that is either pressed in or released when you step on the brakes. That's the switch that controls your rear brake lights. As an experiment, have a helper look at the brake lights while you manually pull or push this switch all the way in and out. These switches wear over time and can stick in position. Fortunately, they're not expensive to replace, if that turns out to be the problem.

If your brake light switch seems to be working properly (hard to tell if the brake lights won't go off), a second possibility is that there's a short somewhere in your wiring and your brake lights are getting power from the shorted wire. I think this is a pretty unlikely cause, because most of the wires that rub up against the brake light wiring are for your turn signals and tail lights, and these are not normally energized. If you said that your brake lights always came on when you activated your turn signal or when you turned on your other lights, then this cause would be much more likely.

Check your brake pedal switch and the wire connections to it. I have a feeling that you'll find your problem.

Steerin wheel is locked and won't turn when engin is on

If the steering wheel is completely immovable, then something is jamming it. You'll need to pull the column covers and look under the dash.

If the steering wheel is very hard to turn, then your power steering is not working. Check the steering pump belt (could be broken) and check the steering fluid level.
