Does blue devil really work?

If only leaking it may help , other wise remove the head , have it surface ground and replace with a new gasket.

I have a growing head gasket proplem, hole into the coolent and oil now, can I use the blue devil sealent to fix it?

when the water mixes with the oil , if you don't fix it right away , you can warp the head or crack the head or engine block.

Sbc# 3 & 4 spark plug holes contain a fluid, appears to be engine cooling fluid.

BLOWN HEADGASKET- Gasket Sealers? I have heard that there are a few additives that work to fix a blown head gasket. Mechanics seem to like "BLUE DEVIL." One stated that he has used the product...

My personal experiences with gasket sealers for Head gaskets has been very poor due to the fact that it's difficult for the sealer to stick in the leak when there's so much combustion pressure trying to push the sealant out of the leak on one side and only about 17 psi of coolant pressure trying to keep it in from the other side. On both a 2.0L or a 2.4L engine I would suggest having the head removed and inspected and the gasket replaced....then your problem is fixed and done. Sealants may work for a while but I view them as a temporary band aid approach at best. If you have over 100,000 miles on the engine and haven't yet replaced the timing belt then it would be a good time to do that also as a worn timing belt can cause some pretty severe engine damage should it fail. Hope this helps and good luck!

maybe a clog in the cooling system, or a head gasket leak that is depressurizing and burning coolant instead of letting it work...
