Four digit codes are model specific. Code 1273 for Nissan products is for a problem with the O2 sensor - bank one sensor one.
That sensor is before the catalytic converter on the side with cylinder one. The sensor and circuit to the computer would need to be tested.

SOURCE: what is a 1273 code on a nisian

Hello! This code is caused by;An intake leak after the MAP sensor, low fuel pressure, or rear (downstream) O2 sensor.

Lets take them one at a time. The MAP is located between the intake and the air filter box. Check to see if there are splits or holes in the hose facing the intake. The low fuel pressure I would place on the back burner. The last and 90%of the time the culprit is the rear O2 sensor. Before spending $; Look the intake over for any cut or open hoses. Buy a spray can of ether and with engine running, spray (upwind) around all hoses and vacuum lines. if idle speed changes you've found the leak.

P1273 Check Engine light is on, what should i do? thanks

code p 1273 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 --lean mixture === causes --the HO2S sensor --fuel pressure , injectors , intake air leak ( faulty vacuum hoses to brake booster or dash vent controls )
I would start at the HO2S sensor as that would be the most probable unit that fails
It is the one before the cat converter or in the exhaust manifold

2005 nissan altima with codep1273 replaced air fuel sensor check engine light still came back on what can be wrong

Code 1273 for Nissan means the sensor has shifted to lean for an extended period of time.
The sensor could have failed or you could have a fuel delivery problem. And if you replace a component a re-learn procedure is necessary.
You may need to check a shop manual to get the procedures for repair.

Engine code

12 and 55. The 55 means end of code session, the 12 means no distributor reference. Both of these codes are normal with the engine not running, so do not go out and purchase a dstributor. Is there another problem with the vehicle, or did you just want to know the codes? Comment back to continue, thanks.

Can't read misfire codes

The code P0300 is a random misfire code which means any cylinder and the code P0316 means that there is a misfire code set within the first 1000 revolutions of the engine. Good luck with this problem.
