What could be wrong if my power /auxillary outlets are not working

it has a blown fuse. look in your owners manual to see where the fuses are located but should be on d-side of dash or d-side lower kick panel

Power outlet does not work. radio/cigarette

check and make sure theres no corrosion and if possible check to make sure its plugged in .. the connector is directly behind the outlet so removal of the panel will be necessary.. if thats good the i would check for voltage at the connector if there is( which it probably will have voltage) than replace the outlet..

How do you plug your ipod into a suzuki sx4 2007? it says it has mp3 connection, but there is no outlet

if your model does not have an auxillary input, they may mean that it plays MP3 CDs. if there is not clearly an auxillary input, there is nothing else hidden in behind.

Where is my auxillary power point fuse located at? read other threads that says its Fuse #39 but in manual says 39 is not used? help...

Do you have a 2006 or 2007/08 F-150 ?

The problem section is for the 2006, which 37 & 39 are the correct fuses.

Change in the 07-08 MY for the power point fuses

Instrument Power point is fuse #117
Rear Power Point and Center console power point are fuse # 37

Fuse #18 & Fuse #20 are for the overhead power point, one is hot in run / start ( Fuse 18 ) the other is hot all the time ( Fuse 20 )

You can download a PDF version of the Owners Manual from Ford, so you can search for terms

Where is the fuse for the auxillary power outlet in the dash just below the lighter. These are supposed to be for cell phones, computers, etc.

Ok, lift the rear seat on the drivers side, underneath you'll see either a grey or black box, inside I believe you're auxillary power fuse is number 46.

Where are the fuses for the auxillary power outlets located?

Hi there;
The fuse you are most likely looking for is in the Instament panel fuse block located in front of your left knee. It is a 20 amp fuse & is simply labled AUX. AUX 2 is for the rear outlet.
There is a fuse block under the hood, the fuse you are looking for is a 20 amp fuse & it is in possition #53 that is for the upper outlet in the front.
hope this helps
Farrout!

Aux input location

Though I'm sure there is an AUX button on the radio, there isn't actually an auxillary port on a 2007 Grand Prix stock radio.I'm sorry to say, but you would have to get an aftermarket radio.
