I would agree, it sounds like a problem with the feed for the ac-blower coming out of the key switch.

I have an 03 Dodge Ram 2500. The ac blower motor stays on after the ignition is turned off. I can wiggle the key to make it turn off. Is this the ignition switch?

REMOVE THE COVERS AROUND STEERING COLUMN..UNPLUG IGNITION SWITCH AND CHECK FOR MELTED WIRNG CONNECTOR..IF MELTED YOU CAN GET BOTH PIECES FROM DEALER..HAVE SEEN THIS BEFORE

Blower motor makes loud noise when on high

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the same problem, vibrating blow fan when on high, pulled the blower fan out and found a piece of the hinge from the recirculation door and felt the recirculation door sitting up on the vent of its hinge. Crappy engineering once again.
