Check engine light is on, and the car is idling very rough and stalling at traffic light and stop signs, and when I back up. Check engine light has been on and off since last Fall, giving different codes every time it's checked, from cylinders misfire (#1 & 4) to O2 position censors to throttle position sensor. Could all these codes be related to the current stalling problem?
Yes,spark plugs, wire, coils, fuel filter,TPS rough idle,You lackey have all.My car run kind of fanny no light hard to say what wrong.

hi,
spark plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, or fuel pump might be getting ready to go.
maybe a vacuum leak, hook it up to a vacuum gauge and see if the needle is steady, or take it to autozone and have them run a OBD test. I think its free at autozone.

Just had a comprehensive diagnostic done at the dealer. They charged me $145.00 for it. They got the following trouble codes: P0102 MAF Sensor circuit voltage low. P0121 TPS Performance, P0171 fuel trim system lean B1, P0304 misfire #4 cylinder. Dealership quotes me $1500 to replace leaking valve cover gasket, all new spark plugs and 5 new coil packs (spark plugs and coil packs were all replaced in Sept. 2012.) The car is only worth $3,000. This is ridiculous. Any suggestions would be welcome
