SOURCE: 2003 Nissan Altima radio still works but the clock/radio station display went blank...HELP

Just fixed this myself today. There is a surface mount component (resistor I believe) that has come off inside the radio. It was labelled 180 on my radio. It is on the circuit board actually inside the radio, not the dispaly button panel, on the left side behind the volume know. I soldered it back on and now the display works again.

My radio for my 2002 nissan altima is not working. It shows a display and you can hear the static but no radio. The cd works perfect. What could this be?

it could be a problem with the antenna lead not plugged into the radio or the wire has a break in it or it could be the antenna is faulty....hope this helps......cheers.

First thing look in owners manual for fuse, radio is on different fuse then light display, most likely it is a fuse.

How do i preset radio stations on the stereo ?

Tune to a station you want to use as a preset. Press and hold the preset button you want to set it to. The display should blink.
It's set. Repeat for other buttons.

2008 Nissan Altima radio (AM/FM/CD) does not respond to buttons except on/off volume. It was playing an FM station (cant't tune/scan) and now plays a CD that won't eject.

2008 Altima radio-the sound just quit working. Everything else seems to be OK. I can change the radio stations, but no sound. Is there a fuse that could be bad?
