Hi every one. i have abig problem in my car.does not function ok the instrument panel.the turn signal work(only outside).the window key does not work.the air condition does not turn on and not turn of.when i make engine start the ac turn on himself but in the display of the key panel(air condition) is turned of.i try to remove the key panel of the air condition but no solution same problem again.all fuses are ok.the can some one help me please.

check the igntion off draw fuse if it is blown or not fully seated in the fuse block it can cause this

It sounds like you don't have quite enough juice to start it. Sometimes vehicles will turn over but won't start when battery is low. Have someone jump you with jumper cables and I bet it will start then have your battery tested. If it won't start try giving it a shot of starter fluid as well as jump starting it and this will probably do the trick. If not you will have to have it diagnosed professionally. Good Luck

either the freon charge is about 1/3 low, or the expansion valve needs to be replaced. Freon is getting into the evaporator, but not in great enough volume to cool the air unless it is coming in cool to start with. check your ac charge, and if it is full, then have it emptied, change out the expansion valve, and recharge it
