If the a/c indicator light on the dash is flashing it's either low on Freon or the a/c relay in the fuse box under the hood is bad, open the fuse cover and locate the a/c mg clutch relay and try replacing it
If low on Freon you can try adding some by getting a service kit from an autoparts store, just follow the instructions on it, if it's more involved than this you would have to take it in to a shop.

SOURCE: 2004 Toyota Camry Brakes

Raise the vehicle up and remove the rims & tires

Remove the brake pads, and then remove the calipers from the caliper retention brackets, do NOT remove the brake hoses from the calipers.

Remove the caliper retaining brackets from the hub assemblies (2 large bolts on backside of the bracket)

Tap the brake rotors off of the hubs, hit them from the back side of the rotor.

No big mysteries here, this is a very easy job.

SOURCE: Stalling Toyota Camry 2004

P-0102 and P-0113 are mass air flow and intake air temp codes, the P-0136 is an Oxygen sensor code. Before you do anything, check for debris in the Mass Air Flow Sensor, it's small black box with electrical wiring connector that is screwed into the intake air tube, between the air box and the intake manifold. Undo the screws, remove the sensor, and, with a flashlight, and look down inside it for debeis, or broken wires inside it. If it's dirty, it could throw a P-0136...Comment back on what you find; hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa!

well that's if I'm not mistaken, catalyst system efficiency THRESHOLD!!! it is "bank" when your description code explanes bank 1 that is a O 2 sensor anything says BANK is a Oxygen sensor = O 2 sensor.what is it doing shutting off when eng warms up or sputtering or nothing really out of normal behavior? these switches will loose all communication with computer or get stuck in 1 of three ranges each range behave differently! in each range the deal with these are these switches are a part of maintenance usa @ hundred thousand km they should be change for emission efficiency and fuel consumption and vehicle performance usually after 1 is changed 9 times out of 10 shortly after the next bank will produce eng light and so on!! I usually change both while I'm at it you know pay me now or pay me again later but twice as much! well hope this helps you out good luck cheers happy new year.John, Toronto,Ontario

SOURCE: what can cause a toyota camry 2004 to smoke when

If the smoke is black that your car is burning oil when it starts up. When your engine is hot, metal expands, sealing everything perfectly. When you engine is cold, not everything is sealed 100%. Your issue is probably the piston rings not seating right until the engine warms up. This will get worse over the years as continuous daily wear and tear will continue to wear the rings. Have your piston rings replaced. But don't just take my word for it, go to a dealer and have them diagnose it, if they say the same thing, than that's your issue, right on the money. Dealerships are they way to go, because they may give you a list of things that need to be, but they don't make things up.

I have a Toyota 1995 Camry that is blowing AC incorrectly, I believe is my vent but I'm not to sure, i do feel the cold air on my leg part , but not on my face. Any idea?

This is a system which is driven by an amplifier and servomotors which open and close flaps depending on your settings. I think the air outlet servomotor may have failed . See here p58

Can anyone tell me what Diagnostic OBD Code P2238 meens for a 2004 Toyota Camry?

Most of the codes for those readers are not in the book/manual. Only the common ones are. You can search online at the readers website or just enter the code number and usually you cna find the issue easily. I don't even know where my book is anymore. I just plug it in and then hop online. its so much faster.
You can buy a new one:

2004 camry ac light blinking and throws hot air. Suggestions?

My 2003 Toyota Camry AC often starts blowing hot air and the AC light starts blinking. I don't know why the following process works, but it does. Using the temp selector (left) reduce the temperature all the way down to Max Cold and then push the Auto button. It will start blowing out very cold air. After a little while push the temp selector to the desired temperature.

Probably the temperature sending unit...if not that the relays...they should be relatively cheap and easy to replace...

I have a 1999 camry. The fan only works on high. On high it works well so it's not a motor issue. I've checked the fuses and they are good. Any thoughts?

It sounds like the resistor block for your heater/AC fan has gone bad. Here's a link to a few I found on line for the 1999 camry to give you an idea of the cost. When the resistor block goes bad the motor defaults to its highest setting.

A local autoparts store like autozone should also carry this part. They will also probably be able to give you some advice about how to install it.

I hope this helps you out.
