Power windows

If the power window is not working check the main customer control unit. If there is no control on any of the windows then check the main power to the unit. Also check the fuse in this case or the main unit is faulty. If any individual door is not working then remove panel and check power to the unit, check for damaged motor drive or jammed mechanism.

Sometimes it works then it will just go crazy and float

Sound like a problem with the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS); the signal from the vehicle speed sensor is used by the ECU as well as the cruise control and automatic transaxle control units. Accords and Preludes use an external sensor mounted on top of the power steering speed sensor in the engine compartment. The power steering speed sensor is gear-driven and controls the steering boost in relation to the speed of the vehicle. An electric pulser unit is mounted on top of this unit and is coupled to it by a small shaft. The motion from the lower unit is transferred to the upper unit; the resultant electrical signal is sent to the appropriate control units.

Its possible that you need to replaced.

Power locks don't work with remote or control from

The door lock/unlock input from the driver's key switch goes to the Door Multiplex control unit (main switch), the Door multiplex control unit then sends a signal on the BUS (CAN) circuit to the passenger's multiplex control unit; the passenger's multiplex control unit then controls all the door locks. The passenger's door lock key switch inputs to the passenger's multiplex control unit, if the locks work from the passenger's side key switch but not the driver's side key switch, the most likely cause is the driver's multiplex control unit (main switch) not sending the signal to the passenger's side multiplex control unit. This could also be the drivers side door lock actuator. Hope this helps!

The heat will not work. No heat.

So you have power to the control unit and the blower motor. Did you check the blower motor resistor? That controls the blower on all speeds except for high speed. Did you check all the grounds? Don't rule out a faulty ground. Make sure the blower motor is properly grounded.
