SOURCE: P2104

The p2104 code was set because the PCM had to set the idle speed, the p2112 was set to indicate that your throttle body was stuck closed. You can try to remove the throttle body and clean it, check to ensure that it opens smoothly, check the TPS connector to ensure that it is plugged in correctly, reset the light and if the problem returns, you will probably have to install a new throttle body assembly. Hope this helps, let me know

Four Codes: P2104, P2107, P2110, P2111

These codes have to do with your throttle body. I doubt you can drive this car. but here is what to do. Remove the throttle body from the engine. Get some carb cleaner and spray the unit and clean it. It is stuck in position and will not open. Carbon dirt and all sorts of junk get taken in the intake and it freezes. After cleaning put it back on and be careful not to drop any matter into the intake manifold. After cleaning and putting it back on it should clear out your problems.

The Freestyle has a revised (non-heated) Throttle body replacement kit that cures the problem. That's what you need...

I have 3 codes from my scaner p2111 p2112 p2238

P2111 - Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Open.
P2112 - Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Closed.
P2238 - O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 1

For the P2111 & P2112 you will need to replace the throttle body this can be pricey since the TAC is built into it. Try cleaning it good and see what happens. This can also trigger the P2238 code if its dumping fuel.
For the P2238 check the connections on the o2 sensor or replace the upstream o2 sensor that should correct it.

I have a 2005 ford explorer, I got a code p2112 and p2104 what is this?

teck689- Your 2112 is throttle acutor stuck closed. This would be a problem with your throttle body. Your 2104 is a forced idle code. I would suspect that you were at one time unable to control the throttle after seeing that light. Your 2104 is set when the pcm sees a signal that does not match expected signal. dont chase the 2104 its set due to your 2112. Bottom line removed the throttle body which will be located at the end of the engine side of the intake tract. It should be held on with (4) 8mm bolts after you remove the hose clamp style clamp that surrounds the intake tract. WARNING: Do not I repeat DO NOT drop anything past that throttle body when you remove it. Go to a parts store pick up some "brake clean" clean and give both sides of the inside of that throttle body a real good and reinstall it. Make sure you remove any black build up which is carbon. That usually fixes it or at least buys you some time. If the light returns you will have to replace the throttle body. Expect to spend in the high 200's to low 300's for a new throttle body. good luck
