Give the vehicle a proper service and if this doesn't work, ask again but give some details that are relevant to the problem.

1999 Isuzu rodeo no acceleration power no check engin light won't go over thirty mph motor runs hot the more acceleration the louder the whinning noise now radiator busted what caused this

Whining could be the water pump. That would cause over heating and to much pressure which blew out an old radiator. An over heated engine will not have power. But it also could be the engine is worn out and has no compression in the cylinders. Do a compression test first, before throwing money at it.

Petrol consumption 99 rodeo is heavy 500 tops to a tank I was told to change diff ratio will this help ???

speedo will read wrong, acceleration slower, overtaking slower and you would need to change speedo assembly complete.

the cheapest way would be to fit bigger wheels/tyres(same effect with speedo)but you can convert it back at any time.....and you only need two.....

Motor idling to high in my 1999 rodeo . changed

It sounds like it might be your throttle position sensor. Is your check engine lite on?

Car starts will run for a bit then if the accelerator is pressed to hard it starts to loose power, then stall and won't start again

I would say it is either a faulty throttle position sensor, dirty fuel injectors, a dirty air filter, or a damaged or clogged air intake hose. Hope this helped.

RODEO 99 ECM PROBLEM

that can happen for several reasons the least being the ecm. first thing is it could be a weak fuel pumpand the only way to check this is with a fuel pressure gauge. it should be between 17 and 25 psi. next it could be the TPS(throttle position sensor) this controls your idle. this is located on the throttle body has a weatherproof plug and is held with (2) screws . next is the engine speed sensor this helps the ecm adjust the fuel/air mixture in conjunction with the TPS,IAC valve,O2 sensor<and the egr valve. to pinpoint the sensor problem you have to have a diagnostic scan done. please rate this.......thanks
