I had to have some front body work done and a new radiator put in. When I picked the vehicle up the check engine light came on. The guy there unhooked the battery and then hooked battery back up and light went off. Then I picked up my daughter from daycare, and when I turned the vehicle on the light came on again and is still on.

You'll need to have someone scan the computer to get the trouble codes to proceed.
Most auto parts stores will scan for free in hopes of selling you some parts. The codes only tell the mechanic what to test, not what to replace.

Change out the other plugs, it may be difficult but they are meant to be reached. It just requires trickery.Be sure to check codes on the computer and consider changing the wires too.

Check the wires to your wheel speed sensors. Sounds like possibly the connectors were not put on completely tight when doing your brakes...if they had to remove them. If not, you have a problem with one or all of those sensors. I believe you have 2.

From your explaination you have a bad alternator, with the new battery it will run until the battery drains, what happen was the alternator went bad engine stopped running when there was not enough voltage left, the oil light and steering problem is all related that happened due to engine dieing out, replace the alternator and that will solve your problem, have the charging system checked and make sure they recharge the new battery, hope this is helpful,

Car overheating both upper and lower radiator hoses hot no steam reservoir empty gauge in red erratic going from normal to hot

With your overheating problem I would get a can of radiator clean and follow the directions on the can. Then reverse flush the radiator and refill with new coolant.
If that does not solve the problem you will be in the market for a new radiator. The diesel knock that you got was preignition caused by the excess heat of the motor.
The ABS light being on is most likely from a wheel sensor damaged or not placed correctly after the front end repairs that were done.
Your heater fan and power windows will most likely be a bad (loose)connector in the electrical wiring. Any time you see a connector plug just give it a good wriggle and push it making sure it has a tight fit.
I would reset the computer to get rid of all your old engine codes and that check engine light. Remove the negative battery terminal and stand on the brake pedal a number of times then reconnect.
You will also loose your preset radio stations when you do this. Now if the check engine light comes back on get someone with a OBD2 scan tool to see which engine codes are set.

Insurance wants to replace 1 tire after vehicle wreck. Tire wear 6/32 on front 8/32 on rear tires. What drive problems will result from replacing just one tire? The vehicle is a 2004 Endeavor

I used to work for a insurance company. I have also been in the auto body busn. since 1980. I have seen this many times. In the past I have put the new tire on the back. Then put the best 2 of the remaining tires on the front. As long that rotation of the tires is in line with what your owners manual recomends. Very few insurance companies will put two tires on, when only one is damaged. If you do put 1 new tire on the front it might pull a little or drift a little to one side or the other.

Small coolant leak at front of engine hose area, not always maybe 1 out of 5 times driving to work.

If you can narrow down where the leak is coming from, it will be easier for you to fix, but it is most likely either a minor radiator leak, or your water pump. You can put a can of radiator stop leak in your vehicle, such as bars leak. It wont hurt anything. If the leak continues, and appears to be coming from the engine area, the water pump is failing, but also check around the thermostat housing, near where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine

95 Jeep grand cherokee...low coolant light on center info. panel

Hi. ok, the low coolant light is a bad sign. this can be a minor leak in many areas on the engine. i would ask the dealer about the service record on the coolant system. you will want to know when the last radiator flush was preformed as well as, when was the last thermostat replacement was done. next, ask the dealer for an accident record. this can be done online on carfacts.com but, the dealer should do this. if he is hesitant, don't buy this vehicle. I would also do a lemon test. Look at the tail pipe and rub the inside of this pipe with the tip of your finger. if its black and smells like rich gas/oil mixture, it will need a re-haul soon. one more thing, when driving, pay attention to the way the steering reacts to your command. if its lose, its not good. check all light functions as well.

How do I remove a wrecked front fender assy/quarter panel?

The front fenders are connected to the A pillar above the the top hinge, at the bottom of the rocker panel seam, three bolts pass through the hood hinge support in the middle of the fender, four bolts on the radiator support, three vertical bolts on the top radiator brace, and one bolt at the rear of the wheelhouse to the cab body. Yes, the wheelhouse is spot welded to the fender and must be removed with it. Remove all the bolts listed as well as the bolts retaining the splash shield. The splash shield is a plastic liner connected to both the wheelhouse and the fender. Remove the headlight/cornering lamp assembly. The best way I have found to do this is to loosen the bumper to framebrackets and let the bumper assembly sag to gain clearance. If the upper bumper cover is removed to gain the clearance needed you will more than likely need to get a new cover as the nylon clips have a tendency to break during removal. Once the fender/wheelhouse assembly has been removed use a spot weld cutter to separate the wheelhouse from the old fender. Check the new fender for clearance and fit on the vehicle. Make all the needed adjustments to get the fender to fit correctly. Remove the fender and attach the wheelhouse. This should be done by spot welding. It can also be done using bolts. If using bolts place some 3M double stick weather strip adhesive tape in the seam to prevent direct contact of the parts to prevent rattles and squeaks. Drill the new fender to match the holes made by the spot weld cutter in the wheelhouse. Use stainless bolts and lock nuts so that the assembly can be services if needed. I would also recommend using Wurth Rust Inhibitor on all the seams to prevent rust and once cured it is an excellent adhesive and will reduce noise coming from moving body panels. Good Luck. It is not as bad as it sounds. Take your time and it will be worth the effort.

Outside Temperature gauge

Most likely the temp sensor which is in the front of the radiator support was damaged, I would suggest you take it back and make sure that it is hooked up and not damaged by the accident.
