normally 110 nueton metres. use nut lock and once you have torqued you will feel if you have to tighten it a bit more.

Don't know the USA system but here in Europe the sister car with the same engine does 13 liters per 100 km on city, 9 l / 100 km on road and 12 l / 100 km on highway.

Short answer: You can't swap engines. The wiring and control modules are not interchangeable, and the transmissions may not bolt up.
