Not sure what your question is - - the sending unit in the tank would need to be checked.

Fuel gaga show nothink on

If your fuel gauge does not show any activity, in general you need to check if the sending unit from the fuel tank is actually sending a signal. Would need to make sure the circuitry is active, check for fuse failure. The most common fail is a faulty sending unit that is located in the fuel tank. If the sending unit is actually generating a signal then may be the gauge itself is faulty. Hope this helps.

Gas gauge does not read well below half tank

More than likely a floater issue!! This is located within the gas tank and mounted to the fuel pump. It sends a unique signal depending on the amount of fuel within the tank determining fuel gauge readings. Its very possible the unit is defective causing improper gauge readings.

These should be the colors coming out of the plug on the fuel pump.

I need to locate the fuse for my gas gauge in my 99 malibu

There is no fuse specific to the fuel gauge. The Instrument panel has two fuses that supply power to everything it has on it. The fuel gauge signal is received from the body control module which sends out a signal voltage to the fuel level sending unit. Depending on where the float in the tank in determines how much resistance the sending unit has. the body control module interprets the voltage value into a fuel level and sends a signal to the gauge.

If the gauge is not working the most common cause is the sending unit in the tank.

I have a 95 jeep cherokee the gas needle doesnt read. can you tell me how i can fix the problem

Most times that problem can be traced to a bad sending unit inside the tank.(requires tank and fuel pump assembly be removed) If you are getting a good connection at the harness, that's the next place I'd look.(the feed side of the harness should have one terminal that is sending a pulse signal to the tank...check with a normal volt meter, not digital) Otherwise the problem is in the gauge itself.
That requires you to remove the gauges from the dashboard in order to fix (replace) it.

My gas gauge is really empty when it gets to half a tank is there a fuse I need to check I have an 02 s-10 blazer replaced fuel pump 2 years ago

Not a fuse if it reads any thing at all. Find the two wire harness that feeds your fuel pump and sending unit. It is near your fuel tank. It has a ground that goes to the frame near it. Unplug the connector and see what you gauge does. (key on) If you can determine the wire that becomes hot when the key is first turned on (feeds the fuel pump) put a ground to the other one to see if you get a change at your gauge.

I have 2001 bmw x5 4.4i, fuel gage

The fuel tank sensor is probably malfunctionibng. This sensor is located in the fuel tank. When the sensor receives a signal from the fuel tank level, this is being transferred to the fuel gauge

I cant get the fuel to the fuel body, i have a GMC sierra 1500 half ton, is there a fuse that may be the problem

iam from sunny spain please be more specific??do you mean you have no fuel pressure into common rail injector feed,if so check for feed to pump in the fuel tank..if you have a feed then renew the pump.the pump wires to sender unit will be bigger and thicker than the gauge sensor wires
