That code means random multiple cylinder misfire. Could be the wires, or ignition system going out.

P0131 code and p0300 code on 1997 chevy venture

code p0131 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) bank 1 low voltage. possible causes ---Exhaust leak wiring short to ground HO2S ans ecm I would check the wires are not touching the exhaust then replace the sensor with a genuine one as the settings may be different on an after market one giving a false code
.Code p0300 refers to random / multiple cylinder/s --- misfire detected. Possible causes include Spark plug/s--- HT leads---injectors--- ignition coils----low compression and wiring

I just need to know what the vdescription is for the code. the code came up P0300

PO300 IS THE GENERIC CODE FOR AN UNIDENTIFIED ENGINE MISFIRE. iT COULD BE CAUSED BY A SINGLE OR MULTIPLE CYLINDERS. BUT THE FREQUENCY OF THE MISFIRE IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR THE MONITOR TO PINPOINT. POSSIBLE CAUSES CAN BE LARGE VACUUM LEAKS, EGR LEAKAGE INTO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, EGR PASSAGE RESTRICTIONS, LOW FUEL PRESSURE, DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS, IGNITION COIL MALFUNCTIONS.
HOPE YOU FIND THIS USEFUL. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Obd code p0300 1997 nissan pathfinder

If only code p0300 exists, one bank fuel trim is lean, and the other bank fuel trim is rich, it is wrong camshafts timing. If you mismatch one tooth on timing belt, the result is engine minor misfire and code p0300 is set.
Please remove the timing belt and match up the line marks on the timing belt with the marks on the camshaft and crankshaft pulley. Please pay attention to the arrow on the timing belt point to the front

P0300 code still cominng up on my scanner anthe vehicle still hesitates i've done every thing coil spk plugs & wires clean injectors & still have the problem could it be the injectors or the fuel...

I don't think it could be the injectors. Because, all of them would have to go bad at the same time to give you code P0300. If one injector when bad on number one cylinder, it would give you a code of P0301 for cylinder #1 misfire. Code P0300 is the computer simply can't determine the specific cylinder of misfire. Basically,

I would look at the EGR system, engine timing, and fuel pressure. One of these should be the source of the problem.

Vehicle start shaking and died. Has a trouble code P0300

Error code P0300 means that you are having multiple/random cylinder misfires.  I would start with changing all of the spark plugs and see if that will fix it.  You will have to have the code reset at an auto parts store.  If that doesn't work let me know and we can progress down the line.

Obd codes p0300 p0301 p0303 p0305 p0401

P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Insufficient Flow Detected

P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected

I would check out the EGR valve. That maybe what is causing all the misfires.
