My mercedes 53 reg c class coupe automatic keeps stalling

Problem is... Barry Marsden,

Your "statement" lacks sufficient SPECIFICITY to be
properly addressed... as a respectable question...
(MODEL, YEAR, ENGINE... ETC. (I'm not psychic)).

All I really know is you have an AUTOMATIC...
"c' class Mercedes......

old enough to need a battery replacement...
Without HARD-STARTING all your electronics.

FIRST GUESS,,, Your idle speed is in EXCESS
of your torque converter LOCK-UP revolutions...
(just my opinion)

A good MECHANIC would have BACK-FED
battery... cleaned & tested your charging system
performance & connections... and returned your
vehicle... without the need to reset a RADIO
STATION... or CLOCK.

(( forget about re-entering CELL phones ))

(
like AAA Auto-Club "road-side" battery service).

MOST LIKELY...
YOUR
IDLE speed has risen... because of tired old
SEALS & GASKETS...

can do this...!!

How to replace motor mounts on 2003 hyundai sonata

You really need the car on a lift or tall jack stands to do this. You will need a full set of hand tools, a good hydraulic floor jack, a set of Jack stands (AKA Safety Stands) and a 1.5 Ton bottle jack. Raise the front of the car as high as possible and unbolt the old mounts from the engine and engine cradle, then Carefully using the bottle jack (put a piece of wood on the plunger of the jack to avoid damage to the oil pan) raise the engine off the mounts and remove them, and reverse install new mounts, time about 2-3 hours to do the repair.

I have a 2008 hyundai sonata, my problem is that my rims are getting rusty & I would like to know if you can do amything about it. I spoke to the man that just surviced my car for its 15,000 mile check...

i would suspect that an inferior brake pad or rotor has been installed on the car. the metallics come out of cheap brakes, depositing on the rims and on the paint and rusting. also, if the brake or worn, they can be gouging excessive brake material, also depositing on the rims and paint. change your brakes to a quality rotor and a set of ceramic brake pads, should stop the fallout. as for the rust on the rims, if should just be sitting on top, and can be buffed off. good luck!
