2007 Saturn Ion Electrical problem

The check engine and Coolant lights went on but no problem with coolant. Also, the car is automatic but it shifts very hard. My husband replaced a fuse #10 and everything was fixed for about 10 miles then problems came back. Used portable computer to find out what codes would come up. Took car to mechanic who replaced 2 oxygen sensors and heater selnoid. Picked up the car every thing was great until after 30 miles and all problems came back. Do you have and ideas?

I would take it back to the mechanic and demand it be fixed correctly. Sounds like the shop did not test the sensors and that bill is on them.

The mechanic might have used the wrong sensors and fuse which causes a malfunction in the computer

Oil in the coolant is blown head gasket usually caused by over stressing or over heating the engine.

My 2003 Saturn Ion has an issue where at low speeds, such as stopping at a red light or stop sign, it will shutter like its about to stall. Once I accelerate, it seems to be fine and drive properly u

The coolant light is a bad thing. You need to check the coolant to see if it is low. That would cause the light to come on. IF it is low you could over heat the engine and that would cause a major problem.

Probably something shorting out. This is something that probably isn't going to be easy to figure out. You need someone that can diagnose it in person
