1992 saturn sc2 vibrates when in drive foot on brake ive replaced tensenor @ belt tensenor is the vib help

If the car or brake pedal is vibrating when you hit the brakes, I would be looking at replacing the front discs as opposed to the serpentine belt. If the engine is vibrating, without any brake pedal, I would be looking at the mounts, especially the dog bones at either end though the top mount is know for failure as well . At that age with an old timing chain you could have a problem there too.

There's is a tensioner with a pulley wheel attached, it will not look like a pump, the pulley wheel should spin freely, it's just a spring loaded arm that provides tension for the belt, when you find it there should be a spot at the end of the arm where the pulley wheel is that a tool will fit into.

How do I change the water pump on a '91 capri?

its pretty easy to do so all you have to do is remove both drive belts then unbolt the four bolts on the bottom pully. the double will then come off. remove the top and bottom timing covers in that order you will have to remove the water pump pully first. then mark your timing belt to ensure you get it back in time properly when reassembling. then loosen the timing belt tensenor pull timing belt off and let hang. then remove the water pump bolt then water pump. Install in reverse order. Make sure you clean the mating surface for the water pump.
