*if ur cars eng is 2.2 it will be under the power steering pump close to the oil filter
* if ur cars eng is 2.4 is will be on the head under the coil cover front the power steering pump

Front right sude oil leak now oil light stays on even aftr i filled it up wth oil
see if the oil is leaking from the pressure sending unit ,
usually located near the oil filter , if so replace the sending
unit, if not have the pressure checked at a shop.

Check oil light on 96 cavalier 2.2L
2.2l cavalier engines have an oil level sensor on the front side of the pan just below the starter. make sure it plugged in before checking anything else. if you're going to change a sensor because of "low oil' light, that would be the one.
