Oh the trials and tribulations of the diy people
with modern electronics in cars it is no longer a matter of connecting wires as everything is run by the ECM including the radio and stereo
take it to an accredited car audio installer to have it connected correctly

SOURCE: Car wont start . took it to pep boys they said not the ignition

Well I would suggest looking up the cost of the ignition switch yourself, this way you can figure out how much they are overcharging you for the part and figure out the labor charges. I would look into replacing it yourself if it comes down to that being the problem, most cars aren't hard to do. BUT, if it tested good already and a wire is bad to the starter that would be the place to start. If it doesn't work after that, move to the next step. You can also have it scanned and see if any codes come up, those cars are notorious for having cam/crank shaft sensor issues. Good luck!

SOURCE: I replaced the cd player

On many cars there is an exterior amp that the sound goes through before it is sent to the speakers. If the remote turn on wire isnt connected after you take your previous cd player out then the amp wont know when to turn on and therefore no sound will come from your speakers although your cd player is doing its job.

SOURCE: 1994 buick park ave, wont crank over,

Pass key is the security system which disables the car if it is stolen. You need the remote or a key with a chip to start the car. go to a dealer, prove ownership with registration and they will be able to help you out

SOURCE: Husband is pretty knowledgeable on cars, but this

have you tested the ignition itself (where the key goers in) Typically this is a problem when too much weight (i.e. too may keys, etc) are on the key chain- ignition swithches do not like the added weight.
Best regards

How do you replace the rear shocks in 1993 buick lasabra

Shocks are on really tight. Personally, I would take it to Midas or such. Many times you can get good deals, oil changes and such along with minor work.

89 lasabre randomly wont start like a bad connection. SOmeone mentioned it might be the drive shaft sensor. My LaSabra has 147,000 miles. Any ideas??

I would start at the starter relay have you ever changed your starter it may be that the brushes in the starter are worn way down preventing a good connection at times
