i belive theres two ,one on each wheel in the rear, you unplug connector, then remove the bolt holding sensor to backing plate and then remove, two wheel drive vans you need too replace the wheel bearing asm,heres two pictures too show you and then you see which type you have,one is the sensor the wire type the other is the bearing asm, hope this helps,

did u replace the Vehicle Speed sensor on the transmission? that is what would cause the cruise to be inop and blind the OD light. it is on the rear tailshaft of the transmission, see photo below of VSS, aldso make sure the connector at the sensor is not full of oil or otherwise making a poor connection.
