Question about 1999 Dodge Durango
There are some variations on this, but here is the basic setup.
In 1999 most models used the headlight switch to provide the ground circuit instead of power to the headlights. And some models also used a timer delay to keep the lights on for a minute or so after turning the switch off.
And if it has daytime running lights, there are more controls involved.
Have you eliminated the headlight switch as the problem by unplugging it ?
