Runability problem 1999 mitsu montero

I have 1999 mitsubishi MOntero 3.0 LT V6. repalce all plugs, wires and PCV. enine acts as if timing is retarded. It stumbles and falls no pwer untill you get the engine up tp 3000 or more rpm. Could it be a crank sensor? or cam sensor?

I have no check engine light on at this time. but did have random misfire code recently. the timing on the engine is bouncing between 3 BTDC and 20 BTDC at idle.

Need to change sparkplugs on a 1999 mitsubishi montero 3.0 liter V6, I need to know how to get to them.

If there is a cover then take it off to see where the wires go. Spark plugs are installed in the two cylinder heads of the v6 engine.

Follow wires from the 6 connector distributor cap to the spark plugs.

It's that simple.
