T tops are well known for leaking.. I would suggest replacing the seals on tops and around the frame..

First thing start simple. Check the fuses. If everything checks out ok with the fuses check the fusible link. It is located about an inch away from the connectors on the starter. Can you start the car? If it doesnt start the issue is most likely the fusible link. It is soldered inline with the wire and if there is any short most likely from a wire touching the exhaust and melting it will trip the fusible link instead of frying everything in your car. This is a common problem with Sebring convertibles. There are drain plugs under the rocker-panels (underneath the car door frame). These drain plugs get clogged with dirt. Have them cleaned and your problem will be solved.
